FFFoxy Podcast #60

IMG_0677

Settling into summer mode a bit here, so we’ve been just a little bit off the usual podcast schedule of late. But, we’ve got some guests and other feature shows lined up in the weeks and months ahead and plenty of new music to highlight on upcoming shows, so we’ve got good reason to get things back on course and hopefully you’ll hang with us through the ol’ dog days of summer. On this episode, we jump back into the mostly new music mix with plenty of brand new releases from many recent favorites such as Primitive Motion, Map 71, Èlg, Black Dirt Oak, and Troy Schafer. There is some great older material sprinkled throughout, too, including the incredible archival release from Joe McPhee & John Snyder on the always reliable Kye label and the amazing early 80’s cassette output from Asmus Tietchens on the wallet-draining Vinyl on Demand imprint. There’s much more, of course, so dive in, give it a listen, and see what you think. Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or comments. Hope you enjoy!
